Not well kept. I would not stay there.
Trailers like tin cans. No yard, can't use water for outdoor even though it's well water, too many restrictions
If you're not into all the amenities some parks have then you'll like this park. The lot rent is very reasonable and it is quiet here. It's a 55+ park. Near everything; beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, the famous Dearborn Street. The traffic is less congested than some of the surrounding cities.
Looks like a nice place to live very quiet and clean
