Terrible experience. Save your life and go to another hospital. I’ve always gone to this ER because it’s close to home, but after this experience, I’ll gladly drive elsewhere next time. I came in with a head laceration after a fall, needed a CT scan and stitches, and still waited over 3.5 hours for treatment and another 45 minutes just to be discharged. I respect the nursing profession deeply because I know how hard they work, but the nurses I dealt with were rude, impatient, and completely lacking compassion.
Mr Edwin Salamanca is an asset to this hospital. I came in with asthma he was awesome and the rest of the staff. First time here and if I ever have to go anywhere I would come here. Thx so much
I always like going to Englewood for emergencies however this time we left some of our property behind and they told us they cannot find it. Yes, we should check our rooms before checking out, however taking people’s property that they leave behind and not returning it to lost and found it’s not very professional.
