Dirty, ER room Dr. was very rude, and unsanitary. Do NOT go here.
I was there today, and the care and concern was outstanding. Checking in the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurses were right on, always asked the right questions. When Dr. James came in, very polite, professional and caring. Knew right away what was wrong. Would recommend Englewood Hospital.
Gordy and Yvonne in the ER, and every nurse my grandma had were great! The ER was busy but they made sure she was comfortably waiting for CT results and then her room. Dr. Lipkin and Dr. Ditomaso were very good about answering her questions and relaying plan of care. The staff on med surge were all very good (although I do feel the CNA was overwhelmed, not rude just she was extremely busy!) and discharge was arranged perfectly at 11 sharp for pick up! Awesome job ECH �
I had my Gall Bladder removed in 2014, now I wasn't thrilled with my having to visit the ER three times for a diagnosis. I found the ER DR. Very condescending. However once I was admitted I found all the staff to be friendly and on top of their game. My father just had a hernia operation like yesterday. He had the same surgeon who did my surgery and he is wonderful. My family was thrilled to have him operate on my father. Overall we are pleased with this hospital.
