I had a frustrating experience with Englewood Auto Spa after my accident repair. They gave me an estimated completion date for my car, and I planned my schedule around that timeline. Instead, they finished the car earlier than their own estimate without coordinating with me, which left me with unexpected rental costs and cost me a lot of money. Geico sent me here for repairs and the experience could not have been better. The gentleman who handled my case, Jomar, was so nice and proffesional. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated on progress. Really positive experience. Highly recommend.
I am so pleased with the work done on my car. I was treated kindly by the mechanics, especially Jomar! He kept in communication with me regarding updates on my vehicle, and the work was done extremely well. My car looks brand new again! I definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone who is looking.
