I would never recommend anyone to live here I live here now and getting ready to move been here for 6 months toilet has stopped up numerous of times dishwasher does not work. Front door was white on the inside until they decided to paint the other side black and got black paint all over the inside so now I have a white/black door that looks like crap maintenance very poor pest control does not even work their are spiders all over the patio some plugs in the wall don't even work.
