Englehart completed my elderly parents house in 2019. Ongoing leak with repeat attempts to repair over the years to no avail. Significant leak in early hours of the manning 18-19th of October, around 42 days ago. Reported to Englehart the next day who have attended site for another attempt to repair. Roof is still leaking, plaster damaged, the bucket and towel are in place to collect and soak up water entering their bedroom as per photos.
