We love Dr. Julie Williams. After a bad experience with a NL dentist doing work that was not necessary and having the worst cleaning or lack of, we were very happy to find this dentist. Just as good as my old long term dentist in Southern Ontario. There are long wait times everywhere right now so that is hard to avoid unless someone has a cancellation.
I thought I had found a great dentist, first visit was great. Had a problem with a tooth and Dr Julie sent me to New Liscard for a root canal. I was in excruciating pain befor and the root canal was not a success as the pain grew much worse. I just wanted it pulled. After a very tearful phone call I was told they could not work me in for 2 weeks to have it pulled and I would have to see if I could get in somewhere else! Going to the dentist is not my idea of fun, but Dr. Julie makes everything pleasant and stress-free, and I’m done before I know it. Hopefully, I don’t need to go back any time soon, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands with Dr. Julie.
