I would not recommend living here. The maintenance team is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I’ve submitted a work order, they either take forever to respond or show up with an attitude like fixing the issue is an inconvenience to them. When they do come, the problems are often not fully resolved, and I’ve had to put in multiple requests for the same issue. On top of that, the property manager lacks professionalism. man, where do I start it’s only been a couple months since i’ve moved in and I asked the manager denby for the owners number and she kept insisting and pressuring me to tell her what the issue was when I kept repeating myself and didn’t feel comfortable talking to her so i told her I wanted the owners info( because the owner is the owner and a manager is just a manager, i feel a lot more comfortable talking to the owner) , and then she ended up just giving me her business card after I had asked her multiple times for the own... read more

Lived here for a year during my senior year at Texas State. These buildings are old but well maintained. The management is kind and the location couldn’t be any better. I walked to the H‑E‑B, Restaurants, Summer Moon, and even Sewell Park frequently. When I needed to get to campus I just walked to the bus stop in bobcat stadium which is directly behind the complex. EDIT: why am i being blamed?? everything i said is the truth. i responded very quickly during the application and move in process, the apartment not being ready on my move in date was definitely not my fault. said routine inspections were not completed as often as you claim and when they were the maintenance people would barely even look inside, i wasn’t even home half the time so i dont know if they actually came in or not. the hole in the floor was not repaired immediately, it remained untouched for so long unless you fixe... read more

i lived here for 3 years and just recently was fortunate enough to be able to move out and afford a better place. if you have the money for a better apartment please go somewhere else, the cons of this apartment severely outweigh the pros. the apartment was not ready when promised and was ready a few days later because they didn’t replace the carpet by the time we got there so we had to stay in a hotel for a few days before we could move in which was the first red flag. i inherited an extreme roach infestation which was not ... read more
