I have been a customer for 20 years but the past 3 years it has been impossible to reach them. They have an answering service but never respond. It is unfortunate but I am leaving them after 20 years.

These guys are the best! We have a neighbor who did a lot of research and comparisons for repairs and replacement of a heat pump. He hired Engle & Co. We followed his lead and have become a loyal customer. We asked them to repair a heat pump in the heat of summer, replace that old heat pump and air handler just before the heating season and everything has been top-notch. Showed up to work and started the repair but never returned. After we left messages for a week with their answering service and on Roberts cell phone. We hired another company who was very professional and completed the service the same day we called.
