I was trying to schedule a time to figure out what we needed to do to get a crankshaft pulley installed on my car. Contact has ceased to exist after giving them all the information that they needed at around 10:30am. I have not received a response since 1:30pm, but they said that this was something that could be accomplished. I have all the parts necessary for the installation and I even called to see what's up after a couple hours and left a voicemail.
