A customer is really really upset about the service given by this facility. He asked me to send a review in regards to the experience that this couple went through while working with you guys. As quoted "the manager that works there doesn't deserve the job he has. He has lost a lot of sales due to his rudeness to customers, he has his favorites in the facility and last time he left us outside the unit while it was raining and we just asked him for 10 minutes.
