literally never been to a better gym, been a member for over 2 years and wouldn’t even consider changing. staff are super duper kind, extremely helpful and will give you a hand with whatever you need. community is the best too, people can sometimes be a bit much but if you a social butterfly you’ll be fine haha Love Engineroom with my whole heart <3
I’ve been to a few gyms on central coast and Newcastle. Engineroom Morisset would be the best around, great staff and facilities and a good fitness atmosphere to be involved in.
The gym is a welcoming space where I’ve found not only the staff to be incredibly helpful and offer advice, tips, checks on form, spots for PB’s etc. They aren’t gate keepy and will openly help if you ask. The clientele are the same, the vibe in the morning is great with everyone being willing to help.
