Poor management and ownership ego have created an unwelcome, clique based atmosphere. Whether it’s children running amuck, insta skanks recording their workouts with their prams in tow, steroid bros slamming weights around or regulars pouring straight oils on the hot rocks in the sauna, there is absolutely no interest in creating a comfortable, safe and inclusive space for anyone other than those in their clique. I ring to cancel my membership and staff on duty says to send in an email. So I send an email and they still charge me for the next 4 weeks. I ring to enquire and manager reckons I need to fill out a form and send through. But instead of waiting for the form he cancels it on the spot over the phone. He still won't refund me as he reckons he's doing me a favour. More like i paid 200 for this so called favour. Ps. I was also on no contract so how is this possible?

10/10 great gym. Would highly recommend. Friendly staff. Best equipment. Ethan is the best PT highly recommend as well. Will get you to reach your goals!

Amazing space, friendly knowledgeable staff and great equipment. The saunas are great and clean and the ice baths have a perfect selection of temps. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!!
