EL&P has been instrumental in our new warehouse project approval. Worked tirelessly with many revisions that we requested. Always there for our call or email. Would recommend EL& P to anyone looking for their wide array of services offered. And a big THANKs to Kelley and Eric you guys rock

We initially had EL&P do a survey and soil testing in April 2022, and while the communication was terrible - they got the job done quickly and efficiently. We went back to EL&P at the begging of 2023 to provide us with a second soil test, septic design, and highlands exemption. Once again, the communication was terrible but the soil testing was done quickly. We have operations in the tri state area and worked with the Engineering & Land Planning(ELP) team for decades. ELP has assisted us in Engineering, Environmental and Regulatory projects with great success. These projects encompassed an entire range of Local, State and Federal issues.
