Great staff.
My family and I have used them various times. The young ladies in the office are always so helpful and friendly. Whenever I need a custom trim made, they are careful to review all details, so my order is made correctly. Their lead time is two days, but many times they finish my order before the two-day time frame. This is a big plus because time is money. I cashed for my husband and father in law. I ordered r panel They gave me ag panel. My husband called to get it fixed they refused. These guys are not sure company who cares about their customers. Do not go to these guys.
I ordered ordered material from them they gave me the wrong material. Now they won't replace it. Do not use these guys
On Wed my wife ordered R panel. I asked her to pick it up. On Fri she went and retrieved the metal. Do when I got home from work I found they gave us ag panel not R panel. Sat morn we called back calmly explained what happened and asked them to replace it. They said you ordered etsy wad listed on Facebook.
