Just rude, period. After this visit I wont come back. Beware they apparently have assigned parking. And employees dont like it when you "take" their unassigned parking spot. I've have never dealt with such snowflakes at a commerical business such as this. Ill drive 100+ miles if I ever need equipment serviced again. 💯 at least they do good work. This go round was pretty rough. It seemed like no one wanted to work. And the one guy who was working, of course, is busy, WORKING. It took me 45 mins just to drop off a piece of equipment for repair. And no one was there when I first arrived. Wow, is all I can day. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. Regardless, they have done good work in the past, and that's a little more important than letting the rudeness, confusion, and butt hurts bother me in the long run.
