Took a makita tool under warranty to be repaired . Paid $15.00 . No call back . Had to call them . Then told me can not be fixed . Told me part obsolete . Did not refund money . Sent to Flowery GA to a factory service center . They paid shipping both ways and sent back repaired under Warranty . Engineered Maintenance was a big waste of time and money . If it is not easy for them they will not repair it . Did not want to go thru what it took to get the part for repair but had no problem keeping my money . You lost a customer ... read more
