I don't know what to think of Engineered Heating and Air anymore. I used to really be impressed by them. They have cleaned my furnace and air conditioner and then installed a new high tech system in my house. However, they were bought out by a large company and since then I believe they may have lost what made them good. I had to have a coil replaced and I still don't know that I didnt pay for parts and labor even though I had a system warranty which pays for the parts.
