The unit in our vacation home was not cooling when we arrived for a family get away. Robert was very nice and told me up front that the unit was outdated and he could not recharge the coolant. But then after inspection he said the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, discussed the possibility of selling us a new unit at a later time and immediately left. Always the most professional service. Very timely … always there when they say they will be. Robert Weese… is the just amazing. Friendly, and professional. Very dependable and takes the time to explain what is going on with your system. Just amazing.
Do not use these guys. They will try to scam you. Called about a possible leak and Darren tried to claim that I need 8-10 lbs of refrigerant ($1000) and maybe even replace the coil due to this “leak” (another $1000) I was skeptical so I called Carter and Sons HVAC (way better service use these guys) and they say I only need 1 lb of refrigerant and everything is working great.
