Rod ordered the wrong voltage on my air handler. He tried to blame me, even though I had the correct voltage in writing.. After over two weeks of arguing, he finally admitted he was wrong and had the unit fixed. (this took another month). The project ended up being so late that it cost me money. Thanks Engineered Air.
