I find interacting with Derek Wylie to be challenging. While I understand his extensive experience, I believe he could benefit from improving his customer service skills. His ego negatively impacted our team and a client today. He seems to assume you lack confidence to work on their units and won't help you. Technical support's primary function is to assist technicians; this is consistently the case except when Derek provides assistance.
It has been two months since I placed an order for a 1.5 HP condenser motor for a hospital dialysis department. Engineered Air specializes in commercial HVAC systems, so I am surprised that they have been unable to fulfill this order. I understand that supply chain disruptions can cause delays, but I believe that a motor of this type should be readily available in North or South America. If necessary, I am willing to pay for overnight shipping or any express shipping charges to expedite the delivery of this critical componen... read more
