Special thanks to Damon, Karen, and Gary for taking care of my vehicle needs this afternoon. I heavily rely upon my vehicle for both personal and professional needs and the issue was resolved extremely timely. I really like my car and it just hit 200,000 miles this week. Over the past three years ETE has kept it running in tip top shape. They really care about me and my car. Their pricing is fair and they always explain the repairs fully. Thank You ETE
THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THE REPAIR AND HAD ME PICK UP THE CAR!!! Plastic parts of the car were not reattached to the car. I'm still missing some of them. They did a poor job. Then they lied to me .. said they never left a car leave the shop unfinished ... lie. Don't trust these people at all.<br /> <br /> <br />

Dear *********** apologize if your experience was less than perfect. You have been a customer since 2021 and have had 12 service jobs done without an issue. The parts you are referring to are 2 small plastic covers that go over the wiper arm nuts. We are sorry they were missed (both were cracked) . I think they are a crock or the people that they deal with. We went to Advance Auto and bought a transmission through them with an ETE warranty, Where they did not give us any information regarding the warranty. Of course we wished that we didn't use it because the original transmission was good for 25 years. But of course it went out within 2 years, But of course since we didnt get any information we didn't know that having the transmission installed at a dealership would void the warranty.
