I recently worked with James Alden, at Engel & Volkers, on a condominium purchase. I actually came in contact with him through Zillow after inquiring on a listing & I’m glad I did because I was sold after only 2 condo viewings. James is a no-pressure, easy going agent, & he made my purchase a no hassle experience. He & E&V referred me to a loan officer at a local bank after having a disappointing encounter with a nationwide bank, which ended with a mortgage approval & a closing on my beautiful new home a month later. Terrible terrible realtors with no respect for the buyer party. Did not want to communicate with us AT ALL. Did not pick up a single phone call, did not tell us how to amend our offer to better appeal to the seller party. Terrible service. Edit: In response to the owner, my agent interacted with an agent selling a home from your agency. I have proof of the entire interaction. I am beyond appalled.
