Rented a place during Christmas vacation that came with two off street parking spots. Upon arrival and during time we were there spots were not available and thus our brand new Yukon was hit (one month old). Engel and Volkers was not concerned whatsoever with the fact that the parking situation was an issue other then saying "sorry". We signed a contract based on off street parking and the least they could have done is offered us a return for some of our stay. RecommendedWe found out this morning that our rental for Ironman week (not rented through Engel & Völkers) was cancelled with no notice. I spoke to Helen in a panic and within a few hours, she had confirmed a rental for us, and had a signed agreement and deposit confirmed. On an emotional roller coaster of a day, Helen was calm and polite and compassionate and helped me salvage what felt like an absolute disaster. I would HIGHLY recommend Helen and the Engel & Völkers rental team!
