Engels and Volkers was an absolute nightmare to work with. Gina Hamilton lied to us for an entire month and lead us to believe we were under contract when we weren’t and didn’t tell us until the day we were supposed to “close” even after repeatedly telling her we never received our due diligence money. She then didn’t return our calls for weeks, lied about being in the hospital when she was really partying in Charleston (thank you social media) and the BIC Yuriy was absolutely no help, took no responsibility for his realtors... read more
