Absolutely horrible company. You’ll never have your actual agent available, they will claim to cancel their open houses, but not off of all websites so people will still show up at your door. In which case you, the owner, will be showing the property. They will leave all of your lights on and door unlocked. As well as leave their garbage laying around for you to throw away.
