Several days ago I posted a negative review of Engel Imports/Terry's Jaguar regarding a refund that seemed much overdue. This morning we received a telephone call from them (Matt) informing us that our refund had been made, along with an apology and explanation for the delay. Apparently we were not getting a runaround; Matt really was out sick, has just returned, and he was very backed up. I apologize for my previous negative review; Matt assured me that they aim to please and repeatedly apologized. Sorry guys...
