They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. They were mostly easy to reach in an emergency.
