Our heater broke down on 11/3. Engel replaced our igniter the same day; technician had one in his truck. Early morning of 11/15 igniter broke down. We called immediately. Technician who came did not have one. Since it was Sat. morning, he said he would get someone on it this morning (Mon.). It is cold and we are getting the run-around when we call — this is not some rare part that must be special ordered..
