Engel Air did a great job from start to finish for replacing my outdoor and indoor unit! I requested an estimate and Dave came out the very next morning. A few days later we were booked for a replacement. Tj & Chris came out and did a great job and were very nice!
Engel Air was initally great work with, however their after-service customer service has been AWFUL. My contract indicated that all required permits would be covered in this very expensive project. A full six months after service, I received a letter from the township that the permit had not been paid for or picked up. Fine. I contacted the CEO, Dave Jackson, about it. So far, had nothing but good experiences scheduling and having maintenance performed on my HVAC unit as part of my condo's annual check
Donna was an amazing lady who help me with setting up an appointment to fix my boiler .She was very professional and help me through the repair very quickly.Paul came for estimate who was another great technician ,took him a couple of minutes to find what was the problem.Came after few days with parts and now my heater is working before the cold season start.Great people to deal with thanks Engel air.
