This company would be great if they would pay you your worth, allow you to grow within instead of trying to keep u stagnant. The pay isn't worth the work and time they want you to put in. They will also cheat you out of your pay once you decide to leave. This job is for beginners or someone that is trying to build experience here and move on unless u don't mind kissing behind.
