Constant turn-over and poor office management. After receiving services, they tried to cancel us saying we were "outside the service area," then they said we didn't receive enough hours. Each time the therapists asked to continue with us, but when our BT left and we got a new one, they fired us 3 weeks in. Horrible experience.
It’s so difficult to find services and Engage has changes the whole time in our house. They have been a great advocate for my adult son and our family.
