Did not fix the dishwasher. Terrible communication. He was sent by the home warranty company so we’ve had to take it up with them. Just awful.
The owner of this company is so bad he comes over to your house. I don’t think he has any intention of fixing the item. He hardly brings a tool bag with him. He’s rude. He’s late. He canceled his appointments. I would never use him again. I wish I looked at all the bad reviews he has because I would never hire him in the first place
Not a fan, he was rude and not approachable; left my kitchen dirty. He also left the garbage of old parts for me to throw away. I didn't like the professionalism here. He took three weeks to view the issue and during that time he canceled on the original scheduled date delaying me an extra week. He did get it resolved but I think a smile and people skills go along way. You should also be conscious of others homes and be responsible of taking your garbage with you. Took over 5 weeks to get my stove back to normal.

If I could give this a less than one star I would. The tech was hired by my home warranty to come fix a leak from the bottom of my tenant’s dishwasher. After seeing some water coming out from the bottom he says that it’s because they used pods instead of powder. I have owned this dishwasher for 3 years and not once did it ever have a problem with it using pods.
