Great service and amazing job on both my gel manicure and pedicure. Scheduled my appointment for 11 and they got me in immediately

NEVER AGAIN I had an appointment with them at 1:30, I called them at 1:35 saying I will be late 10 minutes can I still come the lady said yes, then when I arrived they said no we can’t take you you have to wait till 3:30. The lady was so rude and the other girls were laughing at me.
Got a gel manicure for $35 and it was chipped 6 days later. They use 1 brand of polish (DND?), no OPI and paint it on really thin. I have always gone 3 weeks with no chips at my last place. Will not return
