Ever since I heard that Enesco became difficult to deal with, I have not been able to find Cherished Teddies in a Hallmark store in the Pittsburgh region.

Scam Alert!!! Horrible customer service. As a business vendor, we ordered from them using their own customer marketing coupon with free shipping. After placing the order and receiving a customer order form from them, we were charged an amount higher than we ordered. We called customer service and they said that they would look into it and call us back. Not only did we not receive a call back, they charged us again even more money. I collect both the Jim Shore pieces and the now relatively hard to find Enesco Christmas ornaments. All of these collectibles are made with high quality materials Their colors are vibrant making the pieces especially eye catching.
I am looking for the name of figurines of children that have seashells, sailboats and the girls are wearing sun hats. I have over a dozen of them but I have no information on them. Corporate has not responded to my request, which I am disappointed about. I have friends that also have several of these figurines that we all just call beach babies. They come in several sizes also. Any help?

I love enesco. Spend a ton of money on their Disney products. However, I wish the would show the princess and the frog and Pocahontas some love.
