I had a home energy audit performed by one of your employees, Reza, this evening. Not only did he arrive late, but he made a point to remind me to pay the invoice four separate times throughout the audit. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. Please be careful there is a scam company. They tell you the government have a rebate They put a new heat pump that it’s not Included in the rebate
OMG! exact experience like other one star reviews! show up right away for the first one! find them so fast for the post inspection and even worst is the process of getting the rebate which has not happen after a year! keep getting excuses and every time trying to find them they may get back to you after 10 days. totally waste of energy on these guys to get your Rebate, what they don’t do is their job we pay them for.
I waited to get my rebate to write this review. It was a very stressful experience. The energy auditor was not reliable, and incompetent, and when he submitted my final evaluation, it got turned down. I fought for 4 months, and finally got it accepted. Stay away from them.
