While my clinician has been a wonderful addition to my mental health journey, the billing department’s communication with clients is consistently poor. There is often a delay in getting a response or reaching someone, and appointments are sometimes canceled without warning due to billing issues. They also charge for appointments before the stated billing due date, sometimes multiple times in a single week. Enerje Wellness has been a supportive tool for my everyday life. From learning and incorporating mindfulness and Self-care routines I have learned to deal with everyday stressors. It was difficult before and with others therapist I felt like they didn’t provide tools I could use everyday. I definitely recommend.
I scheduled three appointments with them and they were no shows each time. They rarely answer their phone line and btw I’m a new customer - unacceptable.
