Enerje Wellness has been a supportive tool for my everyday life. From learning and incorporating mindfulness and Self-care routines I have learned to deal with everyday stressors. It was difficult before and with others therapist I felt like they didn’t provide tools I could use everyday. I definitely recommend.
I scheduled three appointments with them and they were no shows each time. They rarely answer their phone line and btw I’m a new customer - unacceptable.
