My wife has called about delivering gas because we were low during the weeks of snow and very cold weather they told us to cut back on usage we had to go get electric heaters to keep house warm enough so now I am paying for gas that I can't get and paying for electric bills as well not very happy with this company.
Thompson Gas has been very easy to work with. The app connected to my tank keeps me updated on levels and it was super easy to request a re-fill that was complete in a reasonable amount of time.
Can’t say enough about a gentleman by the name of Chip who helped us out during the extremely cold and icy weather we recently had around the end of December first of January 2026. It was late in the evening and we had ran out of propane gas at a residence in Mooresville and had no heat. Wasn’t sure for as late as it was that we would be serviced at all and would be spending the night in a cold house. Great customer service
Find a more reliable company to get your gas, this place will lie and promise a delivery, take your money, and never show up. Called them a week and a half ago and they said they would have the gas to me in less than 7 business days gauranteed. I have heard nothing and my tank is almost empty. I have called 3 times and get no answer, I have asked for a call back and gotten none. If I can, I will dispute the charge on my card and find another company.
