Literally we lose power everyday. Most of the time is only a few seconds but it’s such a nuisance to have to reset clocks on certain items. When you inquire they said we have to reset the system sometimes and that’s the reason the power goes out. Energy is a monopoly and energy united is the worst
If you think Duke Energy is bad, this company is even more HORRID.... employees are absolute ignorant and rude. They cut your power off 15 days after the bill is due and send a disconnect notice 2 days after your recieve your bill. Energy rates are higher than duke energy. Im selling my house due to these rats. Not living under this trash. Ive filed a complaint with the NCSUC and state attorney generals office for unlawful billing practices.
No I will not contact you not me. When we contacted you 1 of your "agents" made 4 individuals look like fools over the phone. How about you contact us and act like adults and assume your responsibilities. Fact is you energy united made a mistake own up to it remember my mother and father have been excellent customers for 30 years.
