We called EnergyUnited this past weekend on the 4th of July due to power issues at our home - Tom from customer service called us right away after I submitted a work order and he was pleasant to work with / told us a service order was submitted for someone to come out to our house on Monday or Tuesday. Today (Monday) Josh from EnergyUnited came to our house and was so helpful - we are very happy with the customer service we received. Thank you, Tom + Josh + Sam.
Bought a house in Atwater Landing where energy united has jurisdiction. Here the power is CONSTANTLY flickering and the "brown outs" cause all my household appliances to reset every time. As I write this 2026-06-15, we're currently in our second blackout. I have lived here less than 3 months.
I’ve been in my apartment for 1 week. I’ll be leaving my apartment in a two months because of this company. The electricity is extremely high. This economy is too bad for a coop to be this expensive.
Literally we lose power everyday. Most of the time is only a few seconds but it’s such a nuisance to have to reset clocks on certain items. When you inquire they said we have to reset the system sometimes and that’s the reason the power goes out. Energy is a monopoly and energy united is the worst
