Fantastic service,reliable and accessible
I emailed James from Ontario and he shipped me the battery for my ebike right away from BC ....the price came in $250.00 less than where I bought my bike in Ontario...I also had to get extra details for insurance purposes and James was very prompt in helping me. First class customer service!!
I had a problem with my trike and James performed Yeoman service in solving the problem. He even came to my home to repair the trike there. Service up and above what is expected these days. So thank you James and rest assured I’ll tell everyone I see about what a fine bike I’ve got and what fine service you folks gave me.
