I had some air flow issues at a customer home and called Eric! Wow what excellent customer service. Honestly, i couldn’t have done this without his help and expertise. I only asked him to perform a test which he did. But then we went above and beyond with researching information for me. Once the second test was performed he even did a third test!! Highly recommend
I had a question about Title 24 inspection and this company was the only one to call me back. I live too far away for them to help me with the testing, but the gentleman spent considerable time on the phone with me explaining in detail the requirements and estimated cost of the inspection; even though he knew he would not be taking the job. It's hard to find honest, kind and professional contractors, but he is definitely is one of them.
