Great gym! Randy has built a great place and structure to get stronger and leaner! Friendly expert level training!
Randy is the best there is. He is full of energy, and really knows how to program. The community is great, supportive, and I leave feeling better than I came in every time. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a supportive and functional space to get stronger in!
Not impressed with how things are ran. He’ll pay attention to you just enough to get you to sign a contract and then once you’re in he’s dancing and prancing around the gym looking at himself in the mirror. lack of coaching. Also was overcharged. Another gym who is a money tank. Owner is supposedly married but is entirely too “friendly” with some of the woman members.
Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The environment and support is motivating. Being able to pick times that works for you is a plus. Don’t forget to try one of their healthy, delicious teas and shakes
Awesome gym! Workouts are great, gym is clean, and top notch professionalism. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommend.
