Took a class at Energy Xperience Fitness yesterday and loved it. The posterior upper body workout was super well put together and you can really feel it hitting all the right muscle groups. I have a master’s in exercise science, and I can honestly say the programming here is legit. The moves are purposeful, the flow makes sense, and the energy in the class was awesome. Great coaching and a solid vibe overall. Can’t wait to come back!
