I had Energy Works install my furnace last year and it was wonderful. This year Enery Works reached out regarding an annual maintenance. I did that and the guy who came out was great! He spent about an hour cleaning and making sure the thermostat worked and the heat kicked on to my set temperature. I highly recommend this company! Everyone from the receptionist to the guy who came out are friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do.
I wasn't pleased with my experience working with Energy Works, so I left a high-level review on ******* after doing so ********************* (Owner) called to harass and intimidate (aka bullying) me to take down the review. He then argued with me when I told him that I would not remove the review. The owner "writes his own schedule and is too busy to reply in a timely manner" is what I was told when I made an inquiry about a new home build. I guess it's nice to be successful - hope they stay that way.
*** did an excellent job!!He removed the defective indoor side of a mini split and replaced it with a new unit. *** arrived when he said he would and completed his work, including cleaning-up his work area. That was a couple years ago and the unit he installed has been running 24/7 since with ZERO problems!I highly recommend Energy Works.
We had a new system installed over two years ago. Mini-Split, I believe it's called... for heating and cooling... with the main unit outside. We have experienced considerable saving each and every month, since installation. Well, over $150.00 dollars a month.. Very clean job and great finished look on the outside of the home...The most professional job I've seen in a long time. "Very satisfied Customer" Thank again energyWorks ! for a job well done...
