Excellent remedial massage, Narelle does a great job
Narelle does amazing work, highly recommend! Definitely can feel when I haven’t seen her in awhile my mind and body appreciate her talented work!
Narelle is great. Once you explain your areas of concern she will analyze where the target areas need to be and explain often using diagrams what her plan of masses work will be. She uses a variety of methods - targeting trigger points, cupping, hot rocks, remedial massage, ice or taping when necessary to target and work on those areas. There is always a sense of wellbeing afterwards and a positive outcome. Thanks Narelle.
Was recommended, as have some issues being on the tools. Sorted me out, given a few exercises to keep on top of it.
