I just purchased an installed the 65 inch storm shell to protect our tv on our deck.I am not the most handy person but this was a breeze,Easy to understand simple instructions and minimal tools needed. So happy with the purchase,game changer for the cooler/wet months outside,glad I took a chance.
Similar experience to other reviewers here. I had 2 Heat Storm HS-6000s installed in my garage, a cost of about $2500 all in. One of these is not working and is reading a temperature of over 20 degrees higher. I tried communicating with them through the app, which has been a black hole with no response, finally got ahold of them through emailing back and forth, and am slowing getting absolutely ignorant messages and troubleshooting back and forth. And if I send it in for warranty repair, apparently I need to pay for that. Ha... read more

NOT IMPRESSED! Customer sevice is pretty much nonexistent. Impossible to talk with someone directly. I have wasted over an hour of my time trying to order a replacement heat bulb. Their automated system is a BIG JOKE. Its my experience, that if you are unable to contact someone in customer service via a phone, then you should avoid doing business with them.
