This young, energetic husband/wife team are extremely professional. They live in the area and know all the good/bad details. Tim also owns a business licensed with CA that determines energy ratings of new construction. One of the things I like most about them is their responsiveness. When I call with a question, they either pick up immediately or return the call within 3 minutes. My previous agent took 3 days to get back to me! They deserve the five star rating and more.
