Technician arrived Sunday, charged $200 to advise the system was broken. This is the reason for the initial call. Technician proceeded to advise that he is the owner and performs the installs. He then proceeded to say the unit is a 2.5ton (which after calling carrier, they said that it's a 3 ton). Technician said he is very booked and couldn't do the install for 3-4 days. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service I've received every time I've had Energy Wise come out. The prices are very fair, and I feel more than confident when I call that they'll be able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it up right. Thanks for saving me a couple times now !
I had a problem with my AC and the contractor worked on it for over five weeks before we cut them loose and hired another contractor, Energy Wise, to fix our AC. They arrived within 20 minutes and resolved the issue within 2 1/2 hours! After five weeks we had AC again! Energy Wise came to our rescue and we definitely appreciate it! I highly recommend this company. Thanks!
Had them install a highly technical (dual fuel, dual burn, variable speed) new propane furnace last fall. They came in on budget and were very professional throughout the the install. Highly recommended!
