I was waking up continually during the night and never felt rested when I was awake. After having about 10 sessions my sleep was so much better. I was able to concentrate and focus much clearer during the day! Its been about 6 weeks later and still getting good sleep. Thank you Richard for introducing this form of brain therapy without any type of medication needed! "It's all in your mind" Re-train your brain! :)

Wow! I really had no idea how stressed out I was! Energy Wellness DFW was able to teach my drain to download and reset, so I could focus and rebalance my levels, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend the brain training and working with the lights. It's hard to slain the benefits, you have to experience them! Thanks Richard, I'm fully energized and mentally sharp!

Rich has really helped me to clear my mind, and think more clearly. I really get a lot out of the sessions, and each time I notice a difference in the way I am able to go about my normal daily activities, and while I'm at work. Thanks again!
