Good at the beginning, but they installed the wrong sized filter the at falls through the hole at the bottom of the filter housing. They left a support for the lip of the closet enclosure that was in the way of the door to replace the filter, so i could not open the door all the way. they left a wood screw sticking out in the way of the door of the filter housing where your hand can get stuck/stabbed guess what happened to my hand?!!! Larry at Energy Upgrades was great. He explained everything clearly and by the end of the appt. I understood all the options available. Their presentation was unique and it was a low pressure and highly informative. I would recommend them to anyone.
