Energy Trust of Oregon seems like a fraud when we did all our research to do a project replacing siding and upgrading our insulation but because we replaced the insulation from the outside, we were denied. Tried multiple times to convince that this was not incentivizing meeting code as we never had or were required for inspections for insulation or siding. Nothing on their website states this either.
