We installed a new heating pump for our home in September 2025. We simply filled out the paperwork, and by early November, we received a $1,000 from the energy trust of Oregon. The incentive works as it is supposed to. Not much more say
Work with an Energy Trust partner, and you will get the full rebate that you anre eligible for.
After installing our new HVAC system I looked on ETO website for any incentives that might be available. We already have had a successful experience with them in the past with water heater incentives. This time was no different, everything was processed within promised time-frames. Energy Trust of Oregon seems like a fraud when we did all our research to do a project replacing siding and upgrading our insulation but because we replaced the insulation from the outside, we were denied. Tried multiple times to convince that this was not incentivizing meeting code as we never had or were required for inspections for insulation or siding. Nothing on their website states this either.
