These guys got me out of a jam. Needed 2 different compressors for an LG system we were working on. Everyone else told me 4-5 days for delivery. These guys had all the LG compressors and boards in stock. They had it delivered to the site within a few hours, same day. Great customer service. I would never use ETS HVAC company out of West Chester, PA. I would never use ETS on one of our new products. Zero customer service, they don’t back up or support their work. Their techs contradict one another and tell my service team the wrong products to use. I’ve asked for startup reports and various other documents and never received them. They sold us LG VRF Units, which have been a huge problem. I’d never use LG again either. Very, Very poor customer service, tech support and training for onsite maintenance staff.
