Very poor communication through the whole install and they destroyed my walls. Even after I discussed the install with the crew prior to limit damage. They didn’t follow what was discussed due to lack of supervision and nobody running the job. System was installed over 6 months ago and still doesn’t work well. Half our ducts don’t even blow air. 08-11-18 Review: It was a new HVAC system with duct-work to replace existing duct-work under the concrete slab of a house built in the 1950's. The new system with duct-work in the attic works well and we are very pleased with the value and quality of the equipment and workmanship. These guys are pros. Furnace/AC replacement was done quickly with exemplary craftsmanship. One thing that really sets apart these guys is that they value their relationship with clients - they spent quite a bit of time and helped me with getting the state rebate long after installation was done and paid for.
