Great products and great customer service! Contacted them about a core support bushing I had lost on my pickup to try to get a replacement since now where else sell just single bushings. Customer service emailed me back asked what part number and what color and they are sending me out a free replacement not many places will do that! Thanks again Peter for the help
ordered the track bar bushings for 2005 Dodge ram 3/4ton the bushings have 9/16 bolt sleeves stock is 1/2 they don't tell you that you have to drill out holes in the mounts of the truck to install so you have to get the right size bolts not only that but the nut on stock application has a tang welded on it cause you can get a wrench on back side so you have to make one of these didn't say anything about this when you order the bushings should of come with hardware kit to modify application
This is not a reflection on the product itself which is great, but on the lack of instructions, part numbers or even help from you guys via facebook and email in a timely manner while my car sits in a workshop waiting for work to be performed. I actually ended up getting the information i needed from the rugged ridge facebook page admin as they have an identical kit and this was outside business hours mind you! I am only sorry i did not purchase through them instead.
getting ready to install new Motor and transmission mounts in my 87 Grand Prix. I already installed subframe bushings in my 79 Camaro. soon I'll be rebuilding the suspension systems in both cars.
